David Dill Has Joined Orchestria as CFO

Orchestria Corporation, the global leader in software designed to manage risks associated with electronic communication, has announced that technology veteran David Dill has joined the management team as CFO.

The decision to hire a CFO is a result of the significant growth Orchestria has experienced in the communications compliance and risk management industry.

Dill most recently held a position as CFO for Vercuity Solutions, which acquired and integrated five companies, creating the largest firm in the in the telecommunications expense management industry.

His prior roles included CFO positions at StorageApps -sold to HP for $350 million- and WorldGate Communications, which he joined as employee number 7 and helped take to an IPO and a billion dollar market value. David also spent 19 years at IBM, rising through the ranks to his last position as CFO of the $2 billion RS/6000 Division.
