Connors brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of finance and corporate administration, most recently holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Microsoft Corporation. As a member of the board, Connors will work with Certus' other board members to ensure the strategic direction of the company and serve as an expert resource on corporate governance and compliance. Currently, Connors holds the position of partner at Ignition Partners, a premier venture capital firm focused on investments in software and communications technology with a particular emphasis in enterprise and consumer facing software and services, telecommunications and network infrastructure.
