In that role, Tobin provided the vision and guidance in the development of an innovative new product that leverages analytics and decision technology to better govern IT business services. Before his tenure at Peregrine, Tobin served as vice president of product development for Fair Isaac Corporation. At Fair Isaac, he was responsible for delivering data-mining and optimization solutions as part of the company?s Enterprise Decision Management suite. Tobin joined Fair Isaac through its acquisition of HNC Software in 2002. At HNC Software, Tobin was instrumental in the development of the Capstone credit-origination application.
