Callaway Partners Selects Jack Causa to Lead National Expansion

Industry Veteran to Also Direct Washington, D.C. Operations

Atlanta-based Callaway Partners, an accounting professional services firm focused on project management and staff augmentation, has announced that Jack Causa has joined the firm as a national partner with a primary focus on national market expansion, operations and sales management. Based in Reston, Va., Causa, with more than 30 years of experience in professional services, operations, recruitment and sales management, will oversee the Washington, D.C. practice and drive national expansion.

Prior to joining Callaway Partners, Causa served as managing director of Jefferson Wells? Washington, D.C. Capital Region, where he was responsible for client development, operations, sales and client service. Under his leadership, the Washington, D.C. practice experienced explosive growth and was awarded Jefferson Wells? Worldwide 2005 ?Market of the Year? award.

Previously, Causa served as president of Kforce?s finance and accounting division and was responsible for 66 offices and 800+ professionals. In addition, he worked as: president, finance and accounting for Romac International; vice president ? operations East for Source Services Corporation, where he assisted the company through an IPO; and director of financial services and manager, internal audit for Carter-Wallace, Inc. He started his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A graduate of the University of Dayton, Causa earned a bachelor?s degree in accounting. He did graduate work at Fairleigh Dickinson University and participated in executive leadership programs at the University of Chicago and Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA and Institute of Internal Auditors.
