Timothy Kennedy Joins TerraNua

TerraNua, a leading provider of business consulting and software solutions, announced that Timothy Kennedy joined the firm as vice president of sales and marketing.  Kennedy’s expertise in selling technology solutions, particularly within the alternative investment space, will be leveraged in support of TerraNua’s recently launched MyComplianceOffice product, an outsourced compliance management solution.

Aimed at hedge funds, broker dealers and registered investment advisors, MyComplianceOffice allows customers to manage compliance programs effectively and efficiently, reducing the risks and costs related to these activities. Because the solution is outsourced, clients can avoid substantial upfront capital expenditures in technology and other infrastructure related to creating and maintaining in-house compliance management systems.

“Up until this point, commercial IT offerings haven’t been able to provide a comprehensive compliance oversight solution at an affordable price-point,” comments Kennedy. “Following the product launch this past November, interest in MyComplianceOffice as well as client signings have been impressive.”

Kennedy most recently served as vice president of business development at Eze Castle Integration, a provider of technology solutions to investment management firms. At Eze Castle, Kennedy was responsible for sales to alternative investment companies such as hedge funds, private equity firms and broker / dealers.

Kennedy will work out of the firm’s New York offices.
