Services practice in Atlanta. Fancher has more than 20 years of forensic and dispute consulting experience, 10 of which were with Deloitte FAS. His forensic investigation experience includes assisting clients and counsel in performing investigations and special reviews for matters regarding potential financial fraud, misappropriation of assets and breach of fiduciary duty. He has also testified as an expert witness in federal, state and bankruptcy court. Previously, Fancher served as Vice President at a publicly held consulting firm where he led that firm's Dispute, Investigative and Regulatory Advisory Segment. An Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Fancher is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (U.S. and Canada), Institute of Business Appraisers and the Institute of Management Consultants. He has also served as board member for the Arthritis Foundation (Houston chapter) and Child Advocates, Inc. Fancher earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Baylor University.
