Agiliance, Inc., the leading provider of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IT-GRC) solutions has announced the addition of five technology industry luminaries to its board of advisors.  The board already consists of high powered individuals that offer Agiliance deep domain expertise in security, financial services, information technology, and intellectual property.  New advisors Bob Ciccone, Charles Breed, Andrew Nash, Bryan Palma, and Dev Ghoshal not only deepen the existing expertise of the advisory board but also offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in key areas of operations, strategy and eco-system development.  Their contributions will aid the company’s success as Agiliance transitions into the next phase of its development and cements its position as the IT-GRC thought and market leader.

“Agiliance is a company with the right team in place solving the right problems at the right time,”   said Charles Breed, Vice President of Corporate Development at Business Objects.  “Add to that the fact that Agiliance has developed an outstanding product and that gives a strategic advisor a lot to work with.  It’s not very often that you find a company with all those elements aligned, which is why I anticipate my relationship with Agiliance will be deeply rewarding and a lot of fun.”

“Having worked closely with members of Agiliance’s executive team in the past, I am not surprised at the company’s success or that its solution is so well regarded,” said Bob Ciccone, technology entrepreneur.  “If history repeats itself, the best is yet to come, and I am looking forward to witnessing and supporting the company’s future success.”
