Morrison & Foerster is pleased to announce that Colette Verkuil has been elected partner in the Palo Alto office.
Ms. Verkuil a member of the Litigation Department and specializes in intellectual property litigation, primarily patent and trade secret litigation in the semiconductor industry. Apart from semiconductor manufacturing technologies, Ms. Verkuil has litigated cases relating to a wide range of technologies, including mobile application distribution systems, videoconferencing systems, plastic bag dispensers, sports trading cards, and data storage systems. Her practice also includes intellectual property counseling. She received her J.D. from Cardozo Law School and her B.S. from MIT. She joined the firm in 2005.
