HomeGain, the real estate industry's leading online marketplace, today announced the appointment of Louis Cammarosano as the company's new General Counsel. Effective immediately, Mr. Cammarosano will oversee HomeGain?s corporate legal affairs, as well as advise the company's Board and Executive team as HomeGain implements its future growth and financing strategies.

With over 15 years of legal experience and expertise in Merger and Acquisitions, Securities, International Transactions, Sarbanes Oxley, and General Corporate Governance, Louis will report directly to Sommer and provide day-to-day guidance and supervision for a growing legal department.

Prior to joining HomeGain, Mr. Cammarosano served as Senior Corporate Counsel and European General Counsel at Homestore, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Corporate Partner at Coudert Brothers in London. Louis graduated from Fordham University School of Law, New York, NY and began his legal career at Cravath Swaine and Moore. Louis has lived and worked in New York, London, Paris, and Warsaw.
