Bill Levering Princeton Softech's New CFO

New CFO to lead all corporate finance and internal support administration activities

Princeton Softech, the market leader in database archiving, has announced the appointment of Bill Levering as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Levering will oversee Princeton Softech?s finance, legal and information technology departments, and take an active role in customer licensing and Active Alliance? partnership negotiations.

?Bill Levering brings over 22 years of financial experience and an extensive background in both finance and technology,? said Paul Winn, Princeton Softech?s president and CEO. ?Bill?s experience with SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley, banking and investor relations will allow us to take a proactive approach toward compliance as Princeton Softech continues to grow.?

Prior to joining Princeton Softech, Levering served as Chief Financial Officer at AXS-One Inc. (formerly Computron Software, Inc.), a publicly held records compliance management and financial software company. During his eight-year tenure, he sold three non-performing subsidiaries and restructured the company to reduce annual costs by 25 percent, leading AXS-One to profitability in a slow economic environment.

Levering started his financial career at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where he spent 14 years in the audit department. During his last nine years with the company, Levering served as Senior Audit Manager, working on all phases of audits, including initial public offerings. He also directed the budgeting and staffing of approximately 200 professionals.

Levering graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey since 1982 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
