Princeton Softech, the market leader in database archiving, has announced the appointment of Susan J. McKenna to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. With 20 years of senior management and marketing experience, McKenna is charged with directing Princeton Softech?s strategic business initiatives in the areas of Marketing Communications, Product Marketing and Channel Partner Development.

Prior to joining Princeton Softech, McKenna served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Strategic Management Group (SMG), a Philadelphia based simulation provider and management consulting firm. During her tenure, she working closely with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to establish SMG as a simulation thought leader, resulting in SMG?s placement in the Gartner quadrant and prominent inclusion in ITXpo. Other accomplishments included launching Sales, Shareholder Value, and Product Lifecycle Management practices to focus on major business initiatives, and launching a lead generation program that opened new market segments.

?As industry analysts have noted, the database archiving and storage markets offer enormous revenue potential,? said McKenna. ?I am looking forward to working with Paul Winn and the other members of the Princeton Softech team to direct the company?s marketing and business development efforts in a way that increases revenue and market share for the company as well as provides the best possible business value to Princeton Softech customers and partners.?

Before joining SMG, as Senior Vice President and CMO for United Messaging, a leading provider of outsourced messaging solutions in West Chester, Pennsylvania, McKenna launched a lead generation program that resulted in a ten-fold increase in qualified leads from quarter to quarter. She also led the corporate re-branding and strategic planning process to create the company?s mission, vision, values, value proposition and ideal client profile.

In addition, at Deloitte Consulting, McKenna advanced from Global Director of Marketing to CMO within four years. She successfully marketed Deloitte services in seven industries and 15 service lines and directed a team of more than 100 marketing professionals around the globe, to ensure consistent messaging and branding. McKenna?s background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Communications from Drexel University.
