Oblicore Gets A New CEO Jack Freker

As Oblicore's new Chief Executive Officer, Jack Freker brings over 20 years of demonstrated leadership and industry insight to Oblicore. Prior to joining Oblicore, Freker was President of Customer Management Group (CMG) for Convergys Corporation, a global outsourcing giant. During his tenure at Convergys, Freker was instrumental in growing the outsourcing customer service business from $50 million to over $1.5 billion and transforming the company into a world leader in outsourcing.

As President of CMG, Freker led an organization of over 50,000 employees that achieved record revenue growth and won numerous industry awards for innovative products, service delivery and performance quality.

Before serving as president of CMG, Freker held several other management posts at Convergys including Executive Vice President of Operations for CMG and Division President of Custom Solutions. Previously, he was President of Custom Services at MATRIXX Marketing (a Convergys predecessor) and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MATRIXX Marketing. Prior to MATRIXX, Freker held marketing, sales and key management positions at Procter and Gamble, Jacobs Suchard and Bristol Myers-Squibb.

Freker earned his Bachelor?s degree from Princeton University. He is a graduate of The Executive Management Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. __________________________
