Frank E. Hydoski, who served as Chief of Forensics for the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme, and also led a multi-nation team investigating assets of Holocaust Victims in Swiss banks, has joined Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (?Deloitte FAS?) as a director in the New York office.
